Product Description
Our factory is one of OEM manufacturer of stainless steel products in Foshan, China, which produce all shapes of decorative profiles, such as T / L/U / J /Z and other shape starts from 3mm to 100mm which are used in interior wall panelling of bathroom, hotels ,restaurants ceiling decoration, to give a luxurious look. It is made from Stainless Steel colour PVD titanium coated sheet. SS304 stainless steel inlay groove U patti cutted from the sheet as per size of profile. Then it is grooved at our factory with grooved technology to get sharp flat edges.. To give luxurious look.Then it is carefully bend with msi Cnc Bending machine. To get the form of U shape,which is ready to install in inlays.
Process: dozens of processes such as cutting, planing, bending, forming, welding, grinding, sanding, etc.
Installation method one of stainless steel U profiles for ceiling metal line:
1. Play the horizontal and vertical lines or molding lines well;
2.Marble machine cuts according to the line, and the cutting should be as straight as possible;
3.After blowing or sucking off the dust, put a proper amount of structural glue on the cut seam and the back of the line for installation (you can also set aside 2mm groove structure glue for installation according to the shape).
